#2866: Double-check log rotation

I think we aren't rotating all of the logs that we should be rotating. I
only had a few minutes to check it out, but we should double-check that
we are rotating all logs that need rotation. A few that were suspicious
in my brief investigation:

* WS Globus's container-real.log (see configure_globus_ws)
* edg-make-gridmap's log file
* GUMS logs
* PRIMA logs
