Tanya has a short Java program that verifies that GIP output is good
enough for CEmon to use it. It's not OSG-specific. We'll add it to the VDT.

I'll attach an initial version of the program, but she plans to give me
a newer one that has a version number on it, hopefully by 16-Aug-2007.
