Gabriele update the GUMS probe with a new version, which I've attached.
He recommends changing the name to eliminate the .sh, just so it matches
the other probes.
This new version switches from using the ldap cert to the http cert, and
it also does some minor cleanup.
The versions I'm attaching are actually from Will: we're practicing our
interaction since he is the one that officially maintains the GIP now.
He also provided a change (recommended by Gabriele) to use the GUMS
probe by default. This is in configure_gip.
