We are going to take another update to GUMS. Here's some information from
Gabriele Garzoglio:

this the work to configure the GUMS database to know about the GIP status
probe. We have done the automation a month ago for fresh GUMS v1.2 installs, but
we did not have the GUMS v1.1 -> v1.2 upgrade covered. Jay has addressed also
this case, so that no manual interaction is needed for neither cases (fresh
install and upgrade)
