VDT 1.8.1 has Metronome 2.4.0. Version 2.4.1 fixed a security flaw, and
we should update immediately. 2.4.2 is already out, so we should that
that version.

I don't think anyone is using Metronome from the VDT, so we don't need
to release VDT 1.8.1b immediately, but we also shouldn't wait very long,
and this should definitely be part of it.
