Today, Chris Green pointed out to me that SRM-V2-Client doesn't set the
PATH.
Historically this was because SRM-V2-Client had binary names that
conflicted with SRM-V1-Client, and SRM-V1-Client was added to the VDT
first.
Once SRM-V2-Client switched to the Bestman code base, the binary names
changed, and there are no conflicts.
There still is a slight problem: Should we set the PATH for Bestman,
SRM-V2-Client, and SRM-V2-Tester? I propose we just do it for
SRM-V2-Client, since I think it will be the most commonly used.
