Subject: Build KX509 on Debian 4 and SLES 9

Right now we are not building KX509 on Debian 4 or SLES 9 because
Kerberos is not installed on those platforms. I've asked the build and
test lab to add it. To date it hasn't happened yet, but when it does, we
should build KX509 there.
