I made a ticket out of this request, hope you don't mind.
I've updated all of the probes. When I install a probe, I make a symlink
to JobManagerGratia.pm from $GLOBUS_LOCATION/lib/perl/Globus/GRAM.
When you have time to test it, let me know if it looks good.
I haven't updated the Gratia services yet, so I haven't taken your
changes to configure_gratia yet. One step at a time.
