Hi Chris and John,

I've turned this into a ticket, so I can track it.

It's now in VDT 1.10.1. For now, I just set the innodb_file_per_table
variable, because I don't understand what the right thing to do for
MySQL tuning parameters is.

You can try it out here:

pacman -get http://vdt.cs.wisc.edu/vdt_1101_cache:Gratia-Reporting

Please let me know if there is anything else we should do.
