Alain, Ted:

Apparently with further testing from ATLAS of LCG-Utils in
wn-client, we've found the version as packaged 1.10.8 is
a few behind 1.10.11 which contains a fix for reporting
filesizes greater than 4 GB.

Perhaps this is too late to address for the current release
and with everything else going on - but what would be
required to bunding lcg_util-1.6.11 rather than
lcg_util-1.10.8?

Hi Alain,
the new version is appropriate.
GFAL is a library required by lcg-utils and shipped in the same rpm
(= given a version for lcg-utils most likely there is only one version of
GFAL)

Anyway
lcg-utils 1.6.11-1
GFAL 1.10.11-1
are exactly the same versions that worked fine in Xin tests.

So that's appropriate
