This is a meta-ticket, pointing to the other tickets.
We want to add Bestman/xrootd support for ATLAS. This means:
1) We need to update Java 6 to the latest version, since it's out of
date. Ticket #3713
2) We need to update to the latest Bestman release, 2.2.1.0: Ticket #3721
3) We need to preserve bestman configuration and add more configuration
options: Ticket #3714
4) We need to update to the latest version of Xrootd, and make it a
supported package. Ticket #3822
5) We need to add xrootdfs: #3823
6) We need to add XrdCns. No ticket has been made yet because Tanya is
investigating what needs to be done.
This ticket might be amended with more tasks as we understand them better.
