We should update MySQL to 5.0.67. It's the first community release that
addresses CVE-2008-2079

At the moment this appears to be a low severity risk, but we should
address it fairly soon so that we don't even have that risk.

There were a lot of changes in this release, so we need to look it over
carefully to be sure that the update won't break anything.
