In the usual place I've placed GIP 1.0.8 (for production) and GIP
1.1.0beta4.

Fixes a bug in the dCache admin-interface provider.

Hi Burt,
I made a new ticket, #4700, for the 1.1.0beta4 release so that we can
track the two versions separately.

As for 1.0.8, we just released 1.10.1s today. How critical is the 1.0.8
update? Should it be released as soon as possible, or can it wait for a
bit while we gather more updates to release at the same time?
