#4802: Please package and release new collector and reporting.

Hi,

Release 1.02.1 of the Gratia services and reporting has been uploaded
and is available at:

Highlights:

* Added Grid and n-core information to the summary table.
* Add GUI-administered replication for ProbeDetails records and fix
issues with ProbeDetails replication.
* MetricRecord indices updated to match GOC requirements.
* Collector is now capable of compensating for null WallDuration
provided StartTime and EndTime are set.
* History cleanup can now be triggered from the service
administration page (usually runs every 6h).
* XSS vulnerability in reports fixed.
* Stored procedures now operate with privileges of invoker, not
installer (eliminate SQL injection vulnerability).

This is a recommended release for sites running their own collectors as
it confers the ability to record and separate local jobs from OSG jobs
and to record and separate summary entries for jobs using different
numbers of CPU cores; and forward last-contact and other probe
meta-information to the main collector. There is also the matter of the
two security fixes.
