I've not updated that changelog URL yet ... but you can include the
following:

- SRM and GridFTP probes can be run on non-standard ports now .. by
providing that information to the configure_osg_rsv script in the
format: fqdn[:port/service]
- CRL warning threshold has been decreased to 48 hours per the security
team's recommendation
- Job manager status probe's wait time has been fixed to be consistent
- Bug fixes to validation script "test-rsv-probes-by-hand.sh

Suchandra needs to confirm his configure_osg.py script will pass such a
URI to configure_osg_rsv untouched if provided within the .ini file.
