Scot and Alain,

I know it's very close to the ITB release, but we have to release the
new version of bestman today. sorry about that... 2.2.1.2.i5 is
release to fix two important ones.

* Vanderbilt and NERSC reported that bestman in full mode had a problem
handling delegated proxy in srmCopy because of one of the updated libraries.
* CMS reported that srm-copy had a problem in dcau setting in 3rd party
gridftp transfers.

with fixes, they told us it's working okay.

both affects many sites in non-ATLAS sites (CMS, STAR, etc) who uses
bestman in full mode and lbl srm-copy for 3rd party gridftp transfers.
